Warm greetings from Ubud, Bali.

We are Komang and Lina, a local Balinese couple living in Peliatan, Ubud, and the proud owners of Nandimas Villas — a collection of three private pool wooden villas built on our family’s inherited land.

Our journey began in 2019 with the construction of our first villa. Like many small family businesses in Bali, we faced significant challenges during the Covid pandemic, but with passion, hard work, and dedication, we continued to grow. Our second villa was completed in 2022, followed by the addition of its private pool in 2023, while our third villa was completed in 2024.

Each villa has been thoughtfully designed with love and personal attention, combining traditional wooden architecture with the peaceful beauty of Bali’s natural surroundings.

At Nandimas Villas, we offer more than simply a place to stay. We combine the comfort and service of a boutique villa with the warmth of a guest house experience, where guests can feel genuinely welcomed and personally cared for. While we always respect our guests’ privacy, we are also happy to share friendly interaction, local recommendations, and assistance whenever needed.

Our eco-friendly wooden villas are peacefully nestled among the rice fields and tropical greenery, creating a relaxing atmosphere away from busy tourist areas while still remaining close to central Ubud.
